Linda Martignetti sold our mother's condo years ago in a very short time, so we naturally turned to her when we decided to move out of our house. Fast-forward 5 years. The times had changed, and especially the interest rates! Selling our house turned out to be a little more challenging.
We appreciated Linda's suggestion of having a pre-inspection to show us the areas of the house which needed to be addressed so we would have far less issues when it came time to sell. This was a huge plus! It turned our attention to where our money needed to be placed to ensure a smooth sale, instead of just guessing at what inspectors would consider important. Linda's inspector was very thorough and as we addressed each item the pre-inspection presented, we knew we weren't wasting our time and money prepping the house for sale. After living there for nearly 25 years, you have a tendency to want to prep it "the way you always wanted it". That doesn't really send you in the right direction for a sale.
As a member of the Dave Ramsey ELP Network, Linda is required to provide guidance which includes teaching us - explaining and clarifying parts of the sales process we didn't understand. I do not think there was ever a time during the sale of our house that we didn't understand what was going on. Even if it was a source of frustration with potential buyers! Linda kept calmly explaining what the buyer's thought process might be, even in the face of our irritation with some of the buyer's behaviors! Linda has clearly seen it all before, and it was reassuring to hear her experience shine through. We would not hesitate to recommend Linda Martignetti if you are thinking of selling your house or condo!

Linda was an amazing realtor to work with! She went above and beyond to look for homes for me that included everything I requested, even in the difficult South Florida market that is today. Linda was able to work with very difficult sellers in order to get me a deal on my home. She was quickly responsive no matter the time of day and extremely knowledgeable about the market and what I could expect as a first-time home owner. SO glad I found her through the Dave Ramsey site. Linda Martignetti is fabulous! We had known Linda through my husband's home remodeling business but had never worked with her personally. When it came time to sell our rental property she was the only one that came to mind in spite of having friends in the business. She is extremely knowledgable of the business and today's market. I'm lucky to have a really professional agent to help me complete my first house transaction! She quickly understood my situation and needs only after communicating once or twice. In view of the current hot market and my own situation, she has done all the search homework as early as possible, reasonably arranged the weekend time to focus on house viewing, and prepared the necessary contracts before viewing the house!

Linda was extremely knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods we were looking into. She provided us with great advice based on her experience. She had very quick response times and provide great follow up information. She conducted research in each property prior to visiting it. Linda did not pressure or push us in any direction. She knew exactly when to be hands on and when to step away. Overall we loved working with Linda and would recommend her to everyone!

My wife and I chose Linda after receiving recommendations for three local realtors in the Boca Raton area from the Dave Ramsey website. I talked to all three realtors before we chose Linda. Our most important criteria was that as fellow Christian, we could immediately trust her to be honest and forthright with us. We began communicating with Linda more than one-year before we actually bought a home. She loyally and diligently emailed us the latest listings every week for more than 14 months. After the inspection of our new would-be home, Linda wrote up the deficiencies found and the owner's realtor had them fixed. Day or night, weekday or weekend, Linda always answered our phone calls, texts and emails.

I called another realtor and even scheduled an appointment. Upon speaking with the realtor on the phone, I got the impression that she was an average realtor with a known company but she didn't really sell how she would be a good fit. Then I started looking online and looked up Dave Ramsey, who I trust and admire, and found a link to "find a real estate pro". I was sent information about Linda Martignetti from Crossroads Realty Team. From the first phone call, I could tell that she was a professional. Even more important, she was personable and explained how she could sell our home. I canceled the appointment with the other realtor and I was not disappointed.
Our home was listed the day before Thanksgiving and we had a few offers by Saturday morning. There
wasn't a need for an open house. The photos of the home were professional and a video was also made. It was not just a video of the pictures of the home, it was a sales promotion to capture your interest. Very effective!!! I must also add that Linda Martignetti from Crossroads Realty is a great communicator and she kept in touch for the entire process. Any questions or concerns were handled efficiently.
Linda is a "one of a kind" realtor. I kept telling my family and friends that we found an amazing realtor who said from the beginning that she was going to provide a "5-star" experience which she did provide. After first speaking with Linda, she provided us with a lot of information about preparing our home to be sold and what buyers look for. It was extremely helpful. After listing our home, we left the state and left the sale of our home to Linda Martignetti with Crossroads Realty Team. I can't say enough about the quality of Linda Martignetti's professionalism and personal interest in her clients.

Seems like she has a lot of experience in real estate. First time homebuyer so it was a little crazy, mostly the mortgage/ financing process.
